    Yes! We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders—no minimum spend required.
  2. Where do you ship from?
    We are proudly based in Narre Warren South, VIC, Australia, and all orders are shipped from within Australia.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within Australia. We hope to expand to other regions in the future!
  4. How long will my order take to arrive?
    Most orders are delivered within:
  • Metro areas: 3–6 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–9 business days

  1. How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
    Most products are ready to ship immediately. Customised mugs may take a little longer to prepare before dispatch.
  2. Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
    Yes! Our mugs are made from durable ceramic and are both dishwasher and microwave safe.
  3. Can I customise a mug with a name or message?
    Yes, we offer customisation options on select mugs. Just follow the instructions on the product page to personalise your mug.
  4. What is your return policy?
    Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
