☕ Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
All our white ceramic mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Our colour-handle mugs are microwave safe, but we recommend hand washing to preserve the vibrant finish.
🏕️ Are enamel camping mugs dishwasher or microwave safe?
Enamel camping mugs are designed for outdoor use and durability.
They are not microwave safe, and hand washing only is recommended to preserve the enamel coating and printed design.
💡 Want a design switched between white and coloured mugs?
Just leave a note at checkout or email us at info@mugspot.com.au — we’re happy to switch it at no extra cost, where available.

Yes! We offer customisation on select mugs. Simply follow the instructions on the product page to personalise your mug.
📅 Do calendars ship separately?
Yes — if your order includes both mugs and calendars, they may arrive in separate parcels. Each shipment will have its own tracking details for your convenience.
🔁 What is your return policy?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Customised or personalised items (including custom calendars) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
