All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may change at any time and are subject to applicable taxes.
Due to the nature of custom and print-on-demand products, minor variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
We accept secure payments via trusted third-party providers, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets (such as Google Pay).
By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the full amount at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
4. Shipping
Shipping Region
We currently ship within Australia.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or personalised products may take additional time.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is:
- Metro: 3–6 business days
- Regional: 5–9 business days
Delays may occur due to carriers, peak periods, or external factors.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items (such as mugs and water bottles) may arrive in separate shipments.
5. Returns and Refunds
We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customised or personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
6. Product-Specific Notes
Our products are made using print-on-demand technology. As a result:
- Slight variations in colour, alignment, or finish may occur
- Water bottles may show minor seam lines or print overlap depending on design
- These variations are not considered defects
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities under your account.
